Scenes past and present

This post card was taken in 1930 at Lower Slaughter with its Post Office beside the river and its stone bridge.

The Post Office is closed and is now called Bridge Cottage. All the cottages, which are built from local Cotswold stone, still look the same.

The new picture was taken on the 29/1/2010....
